If you want to prepare a delicious treat on the fly, this recipe is ideal. Happy Saturday to those who pass by here!
How to make puff pastry fans
Roll out a piece of puff pastry into a rectangular sheet, sprinkle it with the sugar to which you have added a pinch of cinnamon and roll out with a rolling pin to make the sugar adhere well to the surface
Roll the dough starting from both sides up to the center
The result must be to have two cylinders wound towards each other, joined in the center.
Cut many slices with a smooth blade knife.
Place the Prussianines on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Lift the puff pastry fans from the pan, turn them upside down, let them cool and serve.
