Recipe Farfalle vodka and shrimp's of 13-08-2007 [Updated on 28-08-2018]
I was undecided whether to make penne with vodka, farfalle with salmon or pasta with rocket and shrimp and in the end a mix of all three came out, farfalle vodka and shrimp. I must say that a really delicious first course with a very delicate flavor has come out, definitely to be redone;)
How to make Farfalle vodka and shrimp
First, defrost the shrimp at room temperature and boil the water for the butterflies.
Fry a clove of garlic in a little oil, then add the shrimps and brown them in the oil.
Deglaze with the vodka and cook for a couple of minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
Now add the cooking cream and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Drain the farfalle al dente and toss them together with the vodka and shrimp sauce.
Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
