To start the week in a sweet way, I give you the recipe for a quick and easy dessert, apple puff pastry. These days I have not had much time to devote to the blog, cooking and responding to your messages, so to make me forgive I give you this recipe with puff pastry that you can prepare for a snack this afternoon given the simplicity and speed of execution of the recipe . In the photos you see only 4 puff pastries instead of 6 because with the remaining puff pastry I made apple and cream bundles

How to make Apple puffs
Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
Arrange 6 slices of apple in the center of each pastry rectangle, overlapping them slightly.Melt the sugar in a small bowl with the milk and brush the edges of the free puff pastry with it (if you prefer you can also use an egg to brush the puff pastry)
Melt the jam in a thick-bottomed saucepan and brush the surface of the apples with it.
Cover each apple pastry with the chopped almonds.
Bake the puff pastry in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
