When I saw these egg clouds on the internet they immediately intrigued me and I decided to try making them. The recipe is very easy and the result is decidedly intriguing: the semi-liquid yolk rests on a bed of incredible softness, just like a cloud of egg white ... in a few minutes you will have a truly spectacular dish to amaze your guests! How to make egg clouds

Separate the yolks from the whites, taking care not to break the yolks and placing them separately in 4 bowls.

Beat the egg whites until stiff together with a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg white mixture into spoonfuls on a non-stick pan forming 4 piles.

Form a groove in the center of each pile and gently slide one yolk into the groove of each pile.

Season with salt and pepper and cook the clouds of eggs in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 4-5 minutes.

Serve.
