The coconut and sour cherry cake is a variant of the coconut and Nutella cake prepared some time ago and super appreciated by my hubby. I'm doing the technical tests for this Valentine's Day so I transformed the cake giving it the shape of a heart and embellished it with black cherries in syrup that gave color and flavor to the cake, the recipe was promoted with flying colors so here it is . Method

How to make coconut and sour cherry cake

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and coconut flour

Whip the eggs with the sugar until frothy

Add the melted butter

Then the flours and yeast

Whip the mixture with an electric whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured hinge mold, level, then add the cherries in syrup and place in the oven at 180 °

Bake the coconut cake for 35/40 minutes, then let it cool and turn over on a serving dish

Once cold, sprinkle with coconut flour or powdered sugar, cut the cake with coconut and black cherries and serve
