In the warm milk I dissolved the yeast, I added the sugar mixing well and I presented a flour powder, letting it rise for about 15 minutes. In a bowl I put flour, oil, salt and yeast, stirring and then I kneaded the dough. I left it to grow in a warm place for 1 hour and a half. During this time I prepared the filling, mixing the ingredients and the chopped dill. The dough, after it has risen, I put it on the work surface sprinkled with flour and I divided it in two, I spread them forming two circles.
I put the cheese composition on the edge and in the middle and covered it with the second countertop. I glued the ends, and in the middle I put a bowl, then I cut the edges, then I tried to twist them (they didn't come out great) ...
I greased it with egg yolk and sprinkled it with dill, and in the middle I cut a few pieces of Sibiu salami.
Honestly ... it turned out great!
