  • 3 teaspoons paprika
  • 300 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 50 grams of tomato concentrate

  • 50 milliliters of oil

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the red onion and put it to harden in a wok or deep pot in which you put the oil. Sprinkle a little salt and leave to harden for 2-3 minutes. Add the meat cubes, stir and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the spices (salt, pepper, paprika, cumin), tomato concentrate and tomato juice and mix well. Top up with enough hot water to fill the wok or pot.

Leave everything to boil, under the lid, on low heat for 2-2.5 hours, stirring occasionally. Beef should be left to boil for a long time, otherwise it will be hard and sticky.

Cut sliced ​​carrots, bell peppers and diced potatoes. Before adding the vegetables to the goulash, check that the meat is done. If it is tender and you can "cut" it with a fork, it means you are on the right track.

Although it is prepared very simply and from the most accessible ingredients, they are particularly appetizing, aromatic and delicious. -300-400 g mashed potatoes

5. Fry them in a pan with hot oil on both sides. Cover them with a lid.

6. Prepare the sauce: pass the cucumber through the large grater, then drain the juice. Squeeze the garlic and chop the dill.

7. Mix the grated cucumber with the garlic, dill and cream (or mayonnaise). Match with salt to taste.
