Quick soup with broccoli and pumpkin (fasting)

I'm a fan - quick preparation. That is, maximum taste with minimum effort: D

  • 1 bag of broccoli mix (frozen)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 sprig of dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • parsley and green onion tails
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 ml oil

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Quick soup with broccoli and zucchini (fasting):

Clean and wash the vegetables.

Chopped onions with diced potatoes are lightly fried in oil.

Add diced tomatoes and cook together.

Add 3 l of water. Sarati. After 10 minutes, try if the potato is cooked.

In this stage add the mix of frozen, rice, diced zucchini and basil twig.

Season the soup with greens and serve.


1 zucchini with dark green peel (Zucchini), 200 ml water, 100 g flour, salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon ground ground Provence herbs, 300 ml oil for frying, 200 g breadcrumbs.

The zucchini is cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. Put the obtained slices in a strainer, sprinkle them with salt and let them drain for 20 minutes.

The composition of bread is obtained by mixing water with flour, salt, pepper and herbs from Provence.

Dampen the zucchini slices well and then pass through the bread composition.

Remove them with a fork, let the bread composition drain and pass quickly through the breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.

Remove from the paper napkin to absorb excess fat.

Serve with salad, tomato sauce, mustard, mujdei, etc.
