Strawberry shortcake


Beat the egg whites with the water. When the foam is hard, add the sugar and beat until the sugar melts, then add the oil one tablespoon at a time and then the yolks.

Flour, cocoa and octopus powder are incorporated into the composition, mixing lightly with a spoon or spatula.

Pour the composition into a rectangular tray and bake on medium heat for 30-35 minutes.

Remove from the pan and leave to cool, then cut in half horizontally to obtain two sheets.


Boil the milk, pudding powder and sugar. When the pudding is ready, add the cheese, mix well and leave it to cool, but do not let it harden completely, mix it from time to time.

For assembly, put one of the two sheets in the baking tray, syrup it a little with syrup flavored with rum essence (or as everyone wants), pour the cold cream, which has not yet hardened very hard. Place it over the second cream. sheet that we syrup and cover with foil. Leave to cool for 2-3 hours.

Pour the cake on the plate and decorate it with whipped cream and strawberries.
