Wash the chicken legs well and cut them in half. We dry them with a kitchen towel and salt and pepper them. Heat a little oil in a bowl. Add the chicken legs and brown them a little on both sides. Add finely chopped and chopped onion. We heat for another 2 minutes. Add the carrot, cleaned and put on the small grater. Heat for another 3 minutes, then add 2 cups of water. Let it boil over medium heat. When the thighs are cooked, add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil for another 3 minutes and turn off the heat. We serve them hot with mashed potatoes, polenta or just that with bread. They are delicious. And the sauce is just as good. Great appetite!
