Peas with pipettes and hearts

RECIPE PREPARATION Peas with pipettes and hearts:

To start, we wash and clean the pipettes and the hearts of the skins and boil them in cold water with a little salt.

In another bowl, simmer the onion, carrot and pepper in 2 tablespoons of oil, a tablespoon of paprika and a glass of water.

After the vegetables have softened, we put them over the pipettes and hearts.

cut the potatoes into cubes and put them on top and leave them until soft.

Then add the peas and let them all boil.

At the end, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

season with parsley.

Serve with a leurda salad.
