I present to you my bread woven, with milk and flax seeds, made in the form of silicone.
You can make cake, bread, cake, drob ... It should not be greased, it does not stick, it browns evenly and the baking time is shortened by even 10 -12 minutes. It's amazing! The results are self-evident I think ...
- For the bread dough:
- 450 g Pambac flour,
- 250 ml warm milk,
- 1 cube of yeast 25 grams,
- 2 teaspoons sugar,
- 2 teaspoons oil,
- 2 teaspoons salt,
- 2 bunches of flax seeds.
- For greased bread:
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 tablespoon of milk mixed with egg yolk,
Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

I made the bread crust on the bread machine. 8 Dough program that lasts 1: 30h.
After raising the hull up to the tub, I took it out of the tub, spread it on the worktop and divided it into 3. Each side I stretched with the rod, rolled it and braided in 3.

I preheated the oven to 175 degrees and put the bread for 25-30 minutes.

Sift the flour and place in a bowl with the salt, baking powder and sunflower seeds (the amount of seeds can be changed according to preference). Mix with a fork. Then add the grated carrot on a small grater. Interfere. Make a hole in the middle of the composition and add sana (yogurt) and milk, gradually mixing with a fork until smooth. This dough does not require hand kneading. Pour the composition on a work surface sprinkled with flour and give it a round shape. Put the bread in a tray in which I put baking paper and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Bake until golden. Remove the bread from the oven and leave to cool, covered with a towel. It is a very tasty bread, a little sweet, with a slightly crunchy crust.

5. Oatmeal porridge for chocolate breakfast
- A sliced banana
- Skim yogurt
- ½ glass of milk (125 ml)
- ½ cup of water (125 ml)
- A little oat bran
- 2 dark chocolate bars

A treat for those who love homemade bread, but do not want to waste time kneading and leavening.
I like the smell of fresh bread and its aroma when it is taken out of the oven, but sometimes it seems like a big hassle to have the patience to grow beautifully. There are hours of waiting, plus the kneading that is not a flower in the ear for a classic bread. Bread with baking soda seemed the ideal solution once I discovered it.
I found out about soda bread, or baking soda bread, at a US MasterChef edition, in which one of the contestants surprised me when she chose to cook bread, even though she only had an hour available. And I was convinced when I tried that it is a much faster bread to prepare.
I rummaged through the recipes and found that, although people thought she was originally Irish, she was in a rudimentary form invented by the American Indians, and that not only the Irish can boast of her. From the same ingredients, but in different forms, it is prepared by Australians, Scots, Poles or Serbs.
Her secret? Baking soda is used instead of yeast, and whipped milk added to the recipe is the acid that baking soda needs to form bubbles of carbon dioxide and thus the bread to grow. Now that we have clearly established the chemistry behind this bread, you still need to have flour and salt at hand.
Quick bread recipe with baking soda
- 350g flour (white 550 or 650 or a combination of white flour and wholemeal flour)
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 & frac12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 280ml whipped milk or drinking yogurt
Preheat the oven to 180C (if ventilated) or 200C.
Mix flour with baking soda and cumin seeds in a large bowl. Make a hole in the middle of them and slowly pour the beaten milk, stirring at the same time, so as to form a soft dough.
Take it out on the worktop powdered with flour and knead it for about 5 minutes. Form a round loaf of bread with a diameter of 20 cm and place it in a tray on a greased baking paper. Grow an X on its surface, grease it with milk and keep it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
It is ready if it has grown a little and when you tap it it sounds empty. Let it cool on a grill.
I like to prepare it on weekends, for a late breakfast, and if it is simple, without cumin seeds, it is delicious with butter and apricot jam.

We must try to eat healthy. Flax seeds contain more Omega3 than fish, help the digestive system, reduce cholesterol, prevent osteoporosis. Wholemeal flour is healthier than white flour, because we no longer find fiber or minerals in white flour, it is an excessively refined product.
I think it has become an obsession to try to cook as healthy as possible, since I became a mother I have changed my lifestyle a lot. This does not mean that I no longer eat white bread, but at least 2-3 times a week I try to make a wholemeal bread or one with black flour.
300 g white flour
200 g wholemeal flour
310 ml of warm milk
15 g fresh yeast
60 g melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
Mix the two types of flour with the seeds and salt.
Put the yeast with the sugar in a cup and cover them with milk. Let the mayonnaise rise for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, put the rest of the milk and melted butter over the flour and mix. After adding the mayonnaise, knead the dough for another 2-3 minutes and then let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
After the dough has risen, put it in the tray and bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
Bread with seeds and milk
Fry (only) the sesame for a maximum of 1 minute, in a pan, without oil, stirring constantly, so as not to burn.
Put the flour in a bowl, make a space in the middle and put the crushed yeast, milk and warm water in it gradually, then the salt and mix until the yeast dissolves. Now we start to take the flour from the edge and mix until a dough is made, and the flour comes off the hands.
Knead well and leave to rise for an hour.
Place the dough in a tray on a baking sheet and leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Then grease with a little water, sprinkle the seeds and put in the hot oven on low heat for about 45-50 minutes.

Mix the flour for 2 minutes with the instant yeast, then add the rest of the ingredients and knead
