We clean, we wash the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, cut the peppers into small cubes. Saute onions and peppers in a little oil. When they have cooled, add them to the two cheeses. Add the 2 eggs, salt and mix everything very well.
We spread a sheet of dough in a tray lined with baking paper and put the composition, then we put the second sheet over it. With a fork we make a few holes on the surface of the pie. Grease the top with a beaten egg.
Put the pie in the preheated oven. Bake time 35 minutes on low heat. On top we can sprinkle sesame, poppy or other seeds. It is an appetizer pie that goes great with a cold (unfiltered) beer.
