Grilled marinated wings

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

  4. Add the barbeque sauce, honey and Sriracha and the juice of half a lime in a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  5. After 30 minutes of baking, take the wings out of the oven and grease them with half of the sauce obtained. Put the wings back in the oven, this time for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the wings and grease them with the remaining sauce. Leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes so that the sauce caramelizes nicely on the wings.
  7. Remove the spicy wings from the oven and squeeze the juice from half of the remaining lime over them. Serve hot!
