Mix flour, baking powder with butter, until a sandy dough results. Then add salt and milk (if the dough is too hard, add more milk). Keep cold for about 30 minutes.
Cut out the desired shapes, prick them with a fork and grease them with a mixture of milk and salt. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown. They must be followed after 5-10 minutes and eventually turned the tray over.
