Finally, add the flour over the other mixed ingredients. I did not measure it, but I put it in such a way that the dough is soft, but can also be spread with a rolling pin. You can add alternating flour, a tablespoon of wholemeal, one tablespoon of white flour. If you don't have wholemeal, only white flour can be used, but biscuits will not have the same sandy texture that wholemeal flour gives them.
The dough is spread thinly, about half a cm, and cut into biscuits, if you have, if not with a small diameter glass. Put them in the pan on baking paper or after you have greased the pan with butter and then lined it with flour. In about 10 minutes, at medium temperature, they are baked and good to serve :) Surely the little ones will devour them with gusto!
- A banana
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 yolk
- 1 cup rice and oatmeal
- 1 cup wholemeal flour

How do we prepare a sugar-free biscuit recipe?
For the 100 ml of juice we will need two sweet apples. We wash them, peel them, then put them on the large grater.
We squeeze them, and we will strain the juice obtained in a glass.
In a bowl, place the cold butter on the large grater. Over butter we will put apple juice, egg yolks, sour cream, vanilla and flour (the amount of flour varies slightly depending on how big the eggs are).
Knead a dough that must be homogeneous and not stick to your hands.
We will put the obtained dough in the fridge for an hour or two, then we will take it out and we will spread a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm from it.
To make it easier to spread, we will put the dough on a piece of baking paper.
From the sheet we spread out, we will cut the shape of the biscuits that we place in a tray lined with baking paper.
After we have finished cutting and arranging the biscuits in the tray, we will take a toothpick and we will make stings on each one, thus giving the biscuits a look as close as possible to the ones we bought.
Baking cookies without sugar
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and let the biscuits acquire a golden color.
When the biscuits have become golden, remove the tray from the oven and let them cool.
You can keep the biscuits for several days after preparation in a glass jar.
I recommend this recipe for your children. These cookies are much healthier than the commercial ones, you are sure of the ingredients used to prepare them.
Lots of fun and good appetite!

Biscuit cake with whipped cream and pineapple
Do you feel the need to add fruit to your child's cookie cake? With a can of pineapple "shoot two rabbits"! Use the syrup to soften the biscuits and give a fresh taste to the cake, with the pineapple pieces. This is by far the simplest cookie cake for kids:
- 300 ml fresh
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g plain biscuits / with cocoa
- or preserve pineapple pieces
1. Beat the whipped cream with the mascarpone until it sticks well. Add more sugar if the composition does not seem sweet enough.
2. Open the canned pineapple and drain the juice into a bowl. Pass each biscuit through the pineapple juice and arrange them all in the pan.
3. Place a layer of pineapple on top. Sprinkle whipped cream with mascarpone over the pineapple.
4. Let the cake cool for at least two hours before serving.
